Lohan Classes

At the Lohan School, we categorize our classes in 2 ways; External and Internal. What's the difference?
External (KUNG FU) is forceful, using Yang energy, developing body strength and stamina.
Internal (WUDANG) is flowing, using Yin energy, developing the body's ability to maintain mobility and health.

It is good to cultivate a balance of both Yin and Yang energy in your life.
